How many photographs will you take on our wedding day?
There is no limit to the number of photographs I take, or the time I spend with you on your wedding day - I will take as many pictures as there are opportunities. The quantity might depend on the size of your wedding, the location or the weather.
What is your ‘Getting to know you shoot’ ?
Its exactly that……. even before you have finally decided to book me, I am happy to show you how I work and the results I achieve by doing a pre-wedding shoot of you both…….. completely free of charge. It is so vitally important that you feel relaxed and at ease with your wedding photographer and this is a lovely way of introducing you to my work, and to understanding exactly how we can best capture the romance of your big day.
You can have these images whether you finally book me or not.
It is also a great way to start telling the story of your wedding day, and you can use the pictures for invitations etc and to announce your plans on social sites such as Facebook.
Your pictures
All of the pictures on your discs are individually chosen, assessed and finished by David just as though he were preparing an album for you. There are no eyes closed or duplicates to inflate the quantity of pictures you are given……every picture is usable in an album.
This gives you the freedom to print, share and show your wedding day memories exactly how you wish and with complete confidence and satisfaction.
Prices
Your day is so very individual, and so is my service.
You get ALL the digital files as standard, this then leaves you free to do whatever you wish with the pictures, including the option of having a professional album from David. This approach really does away with the outdated ‘package’ concept.
To give you a bespoke quote we need to discuss together exactly what you want, apply appropriate discounts, and come to an actual figure. For instance I have recently started to apply a ‘Winter Wedding discount’, following the trend of lots of other wedding market suppliers like venues.
Then there would be a late-booking or mid-week discount, and even a discount for if you did not want (or could not fit in, considering where you live) a ‘Getting to know you’ shoot.
How long does it take to make an album?
Once I have received your choice of images for inclusion in the album we design the layouts, which are then sent to you as a PDF via email to review and make changes if required. Once the design is finalised it normally takes a further 4 weeks for printing and binding .
